Postage & Delivery

Postage & packaging is free of charge to a UK Mainland address if you would like your items sent to an address outside of the UK please contact us so we can advise you of the postage costs.
All items are sent recorded delivery and will need to be signed for to ensure a guaranteed delivery.

Belle Luci lampshades are handmade and most styles can be sent within 3 days from receiving payment, however if the item is not available straight away or you have requested a bespoke item we will endevour to send the item out to you as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We will advise you when your items have been sent via email.
Please contact us if you do have an urgent request and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Belle Luci are commited to providing excellent customer service, we use the highest quality materials and take extra care in making your lampshades. All lampshades are handmade to customers specifications, therefore we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty. Please report any faulty items within 7 days of receipt by email or telephone so we can arrange an exchange or full refund. Sale items are non-returnable.
